This is a super easy and it is so YUMMY!! Gluten free as well.
First you are going to preheat the oven to 375 degrees**
Grab your 9x13 pan
Place your chicken breasts in the pan.
Cover the Chicken with Worcestershire at a dash of garlic
Thinly slice up your potatoes and layer over the chicken covering it up!
Add Worcestershire, Garlic Salt on top.
Slice your Bell Peppers. I like to keep then intact with a nice circle form, but you can chop them any way you'd like. Cover the potatoes.
Next, we slice that onion and place the rings over the peppers
Then thinly slice your tomatoes and cover the Peppers
Cover it with Worcestershire and garlic salt. This is going to be the extra juice at the end that your'e gonna wanna to place in your dinner bowl! It is so yummy! I douse my dish in Worcestershire!
Add that black pepper and cover your dish in Aluminum Foil.
Bake for 45 minutes
Take out and throw on your Shredded Mozzarella! Place back in oven 5 minutes or until it melts.
I suggest serving in a dinner bowl and pour that extra juice on top.
