Wash the peppers and cut the tops , taking the core and seeds out.
Boil salt water, and place peppers in pot covered for ten minutes, do not over cook
While peppers are getting ready, In a large pan ,melt the butter.
add onions, garlic, and parsley and saute for 10 minutes.
Remove bell peppers and drain. set aside
Add the ground Beef to pan and cook for 20 minutes. When beef is cooked add the tomatoes.
Preheat oven to 350
Wet bread under faucet; squeeze out ALL liquid and add to sauteed ingredients.
Add eggs, salt and pepper, and hot sauce. Stir well to blend
Fill the bell peppers with the mixture.
Place filled peppers in baking dish and 1/2 cup water in the bottom.
top with bread crumbs
Bake for 20-25 minutes until brown
