Taco Soup
Oh we love some taco soup in this family
Instructions
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 cups beef broth
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup taco sauce mild
- 3 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- Frozen sweet corn
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Notes
Brown your meat with onions and garlic. Drain, and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
