The Best Tuna Salad

My Mimi's Tuna Salad will stand the test of time!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 5 oz Can white Tuna in water drained
  • 1 Honeycrisp Apple peeled and diced
  • 4 tbsp Sweet relish
  • 1/3 cup Mayo I prefer Olive oil
  • 2 boiled eggs diced

Instructions
 

  • Boil your eggs. When finished, peel and dice.
  • Drain your tuna and dice it up. I like for my tuna salad to be smooth without the chunks.
  • In a mixing bowl, add your tuna, mayo, sweet relish, eggs, and apples. Mix it really well.
  • Serve immediently or chill it in fridge.

Notes

My favorite way to serve this tuna salad is on white bread. I know white bread is a big no-no for some people, but I make an exception when it comes to Mimi's Tuna Salad!!
If white bread isn't your thing, go ahead and use whatever bread you prefer.
Dip with Saltines or wrap it in Lettuce:)
