Unbeatable Burgundy Beef

Easy delicious recipe you can pop in oven and forget about until its ready!

- 1 1/2 -2 pounds stew meat tenderized
- 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounce fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 dry onion soup packet
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3/4 cup red wine I prefer cabernet
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
Place stew meat in a baking dish
Mix all other ingredients in bowl and completely cover the meat.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 3 hours.
Do not uncover or check during cooking.
The meat will be tender and gravy delicious.
Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes, your pick!
