The Best Damn Salsa

New Year, new house, and new recipes! I’ve taken a bit of a break from my blog and focused on our move and also the holidays. But I am back and ready to continue to share some of my favorites. Speaking of favorites, lets talk tacos. Who doesn’t love tacos? I could eat them every day, but mainly because of my serious addiction to SALSA.

This is NOT your typical salsa recipe, but if you are picky about salsa like I am, I seriously urge you to try this out. I made double this recipe for my New Years Eve party, and saved some for myself just so I could eat on it for days.

The Best Damn Salsa

I can't sugar coat it. TRY IT OUT!:)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cans rotel
  • 2 cans black olives pittes
  • 1 can mexican green chiles
  • 8 green onions chopped
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients. I used my Nutribullet for a smoother texture. Refridgerate overnight before serving is best, but you dont have to!!
